I’ve been working in the nail industry for over 10 years, and in July 2024 I began sharing educational content on TikTok. Through that, I realised just how behind the UK nail education system still is, particularly when it comes to advanced, up-to-date techniques. Much of the education available is outdated, surface-level, and doesn’t reflect the standards now expected in a modern, high-end nail service.

A few years ago, I made the decision to retrain with Eastern European educators and it completely changed my career. The level of precision, structure and technical understanding I learned transformed not only the way my work looked, but the way I worked. My results improved, my confidence grew, my timings became more efficient, and I was finally able to offer a service that felt truly elevated.
